Welcome to Heirloom Design Studio. By accessing this website, purchasing a collection, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
Heirloom Design Studio provides photograph selection guidance, album design, artwork planning, product ordering assistance, and related services.
All services, products, pricing, collections, and policies are subject to change without notice.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, product upgrades, or additional fees will be collected separately as required.
Failure to make required payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of a project.
Product Orders
All albums, artwork, and custom products are made to order.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, designs, spelling, dates, and details prior to providing final approval.
Once final approval has been received and an order has been submitted for production, changes, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not available.
Product Variations
Due to differences in monitor calibration, screen settings, manufacturing processes, and natural product materials, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur.
These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Heirloom Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
Copyright & Image Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their original photographs.
By uploading photographs to Heirloom Design Studio, clients confirm they have the legal right to use, reproduce, and submit the images for album design and product production purposes.
Heirloom Design Studio is not responsible for copyright disputes, usage restrictions, or licensing issues related to uploaded images.
Design Ownership
Album layouts, artwork mockups, designs, templates, and other creative materials produced by Heirloom Design Studio remain the intellectual property of Heirloom Design Studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Design files may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heirloom Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, products, or materials.
In all circumstances, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
File Storage & Backups
Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all original image files.
While reasonable efforts may be made to retain project files during active projects, Heirloom Design Studio does not guarantee long-term storage of uploaded images, proofs, designs, or project materials.

All text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, trademarks, and content appearing on this website are the property of Heirloom Design Studio unless otherwise noted.
