Experiences are based on the number of photographs we'll review together, not the number ultimately selected. Most typical albums feature approximately 40–100 photographs. Albums and artwork are purchased separately using your included product credit.

Our goal is to guide you from the selection process all the way to a beautifully finished album or artwork. If, after your selection session, you don't feel we've earned the opportunity to complete your project, we'll happily refund your pre-purchased Album & Artwork Investment. Your session fee simply covers the personalized guidance and expertise you've already received.
When your finished album or artwork arrives, we stand behind its quality. If anything isn't right due to a manufacturing or craftsmanship issue, we'll make it right.
